If I could give more than five stars, I would. My Camaro is my baby. It only has 10,000 miles on it, gets washed twice a week, and I take a lot of pride in keeping it in immaculate condition. After the accident, I was honestly worried it would never look the same again. From the very beginning, John Toldo put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and handled the insurance company from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t afraid to advocate for me. He went to bat with the insurance company to get better parts than they initially wanted to authorize because he understood the level of repair my car deserved. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. It didn’t just look like it did before the accident—it looked even better. The fit, finish, paint, and attention to detail were absolutely flawless. If you have a vehicle that you truly care about, especially a high-end or enthusiast car, I can’t recommend this body shop enough. John Toldo and his team treated my car as if it were their own, and that level of craftsmanship and customer service is hard to find. Thank you for exceeding my expect

I called the service center, gave them my VIN, and asked if paint defects were covered under the 36k/3yr manufacturer warranty. I was not given an answer over the phone, but I was told I needed to make an appointment. I went to the service center and they didn't have my appointment on the books. After filling out a customer contact information form and letting them know I wanted to know if the bubbling paint on the gate of my vehicle was covered under the manufacturer warranty they then told me I had to go to the body shop. I asked them if they would call the body shop to see if my appointment was there. It was. I go to the body shop and drop the vehicle. On top of having them answer the defective paint/warranty question, I requested a quote for underbody rust protection coating. After about 5 hours after dropping my vehicle off I called for an update. They didn't have an answer for me, the tech was on lunch, but they had questions. I became increasingly uncomfortable with the way this place was conducting business and decided to just go get my car. In the end, they claimed they could not find any defects in the paint. They also looked all underneath the vehicle and couldn't find a

This being my first accident I wasn't sure how this worked, but everyone involved was professional and knowledgeable about the process and it put me at ease. I know that im in good hands. 👍

2 different collision repairs through them and both were bad experiences. Both times their communication was very poor. The vehicle was promised for a certain date and when phone calls were made to them immediately prior to the scheduled pickup to confirm the vehicle was ready they informed us the vehicle was not ready. Both times the vehicle took several weeks beyond the promised date with no communication from them that it was delayed. No phone calls from them to us. No regard for any inconvenience and ineptitude from them. One of the repairs took about 3 weeks longer when they had already had the car for 2 weeks. They claimed they needed a part. One of the paint repairs had a small spot that flaked off the bumper. They also did not reattach one of the clips for a mudflap. There was also a new rattle that appeared at highway speeds that was not present prior. I also have spoken to other people who stated there cars took several weeks longer than what they were told with the same no call situation to inform them that things were delayed

We had such a wonderful experience with Anderson Collision. We worked with Patrick and he was so great every step of the way. Both of the women that I spoke to at the front desks should also be acknowledged because they were so kind and pleasant each time I called or came in. We had an hour commute to this business but it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend this business. Your kindness is so appreciated!
